I took my car in on a recall notice, the staff on the reception were extremely helpfull and informative. During the recall work a fault was found on a parking sensor, I received a call explaining , what the problem was. As a result the faulty item will be replaced under warranty, The young lady arranged an appointment for the work to be carried out . Jamie at Howards was really friendly and helpful, I also received a call from Alex at Howards the day before my service to see if there was anything that I needed when I brought my car in 😊 Service at Howards Suzuki is second to none and so is the Suzuki car! I would not change the type of car or the Howards centre that I use!

Phoned Howard's today with a simple enquiry and they were so helpful that we paid them a visit and they found us a lovely new car. She spent a lot of time with me and she was a pleasure to deal with. HOWARD'S clearly value customer loyalty and appreciate that repeat business is generated by looking after their customers and not subscribing to the "quick buck" philosophy that is so common these days. All the staff are lovely and every visit has been a positive experience. Companies whch still have old fashioned values are becoming rare.
