Our vehical salesman was both friendly and professional throughout the whole process. The dealership was relaxed and welcoming and never once did we feel pressurised. This was the first time I had been sent friendly and personal videos of the car which I did appreciate. In terms of the deal they were both firm but felt fair. Also I can highly recommend the home delivery service, I was told the driver would arrive at my address at about 11am and at 10 50 he arrived with a friendly seamless experience. I rate the whole process highly, but I've not yet had the car for a week.

The 2 people on the service desk were polite and very accomodating, especially around my preference for a manual courtesy car. I got a call when my car was ready and my questions were answered clearly and in layman's terms. Engagement on collection of my car was lovely. Car was beautifully clean! Thanks all for a great experience.

I have had incredible service from Sam whilst buying my first disability car. He explained everything really well and the whole process was incredibly smooth. I can definitely recommend coming to the Weston-super-Mare branch of Nissan. Plus, on a side note, they do amazing coffee! 😉 Thanks Sam.

Fantastic service from Howards Nissan again. I purchased a Juke in October but I recently noticed a problem with something hanging beneath the car which turned out to be the undertray which had come loose.
I spoke to Sophie who booked me in the same day. Within an hour of arriving, the problem was identified and rectified, and I was on my way again. Sophies's advice and guidance regarding the repair was invaluable. Thank you to everyone involved for such prompt and efficient service.

Jack was very nice and excellent at selling. We were going to buy the car on his word alone... Until we got in it. Unfortunately not the car for us but Jack made a great effort to find other options and we will certainly come back if we see anything else on the website in the future.

He was very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and oversaw every aspect of my purchase, from start to finish. I was rather nervous about changing to an automatic but Jack talked me through a successful test drive and after that I felt confident to proceed with the purchase and part exchange process. We cannot recommend this dealership enough - in particular Jack. Nothing was too much trouble and everything was explained clearly but with no pressure. I absolutely love my new car and found jack extremely knowledgeable, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Recently had a fantastic experience with Howards Nissan (Harvey). From the moment I walked into the garage, I felt welcomed and at ease. The buying process was easy and I love the walk round video of the car, highlighting all of its features that I can refer back to once I’ve been using the car for a while.
