Recently test drove 2 cars (EV4 & EV6) all arranged with Joe. Excellent customer service throughout, both from Joe and Emily, especially as this was our first EV. Great advice but no pressure sales. We have visited 4 brands (also Volvo,Smart & Hyundai) and Howards Kia by far was the best overall service and would totally recommend this team.

Had the pleasure of test driving the Kia EV4, what an incredible car. But what really stood out was the service, care and attention from Lottie I was given. From my initial contact to the test drive communication was quick and clear. There was no aggressive pitch you sometimes experience a d was clear Lottie wanted to understand what was right for me and what I was looking for. Due to changes in circumstances I wasn't able to then progress further, but would highly recommend here and Lottie if you need help.

I am very pleased with the experience I had in KIA @WSM.
Pleasent atmosphere, and the team was very helpful.
I was given the opportunity to test drive the car I wanted to try for the day, which was an impressive gesture from Howards KIA.
Special thanks to Lottie Barnes as she understood my needs initially and she was the one suggested the EV5 as a car to meet my needs. She was right. Also, when she presented me the car on a video intro, she showed exactly the points I wanted to see and know about.
Booking and following up was very professional process. She explained all the financial options and she has done all the steps to find the right solution for my situation.
I would like to thank the others who helped her and also the gentleman who did the demo remote drive of the vehicle, which was impressive.
Now - I hope to be able to get the vehicle with one of the available solutions.

Joe was incredibly helpful from start to finish — clear, friendly, funny, and genuinely passionate about what he does. From the very first email right through to after collection, he’s made it clear that he’s always just an email away.
The car is absolutely perfect, and I’m very grateful to Joe for patiently explaining all the buttons in my new “spaceshipâ€! I couldn’t be happier. Thank you!

We really appreciate the attention to detail & video health check. The 7 yr guarantee gives us confidence that we won't be faced with an enormous bill at the end of the annual service & also should anything major happen during that period --- which it didn't. A very reliable vehicle. Thank you Kia.

Booked in within 14 days of calling for my 20k service, dropped off at 8am - Laura was polite and efficient, call received at 10.30 to say the car was ready for collection ant they had even valeted it inside and out .. again on collection efficient, friendly and polite ... Laura still had a smile on her face...
Everything you need, as mine is a company car - time is of the essence. 10/10

Fantastic experience and brilliant customer service. Really good trade in price on my old car. Emily was really helpful with good advice and help when I had a small issue. She dealt with it there and then and am excited to say I am collecting my car today ðŸ˜

We have had a brilliant experience at Kia (WSM) with Lottie. She’s very knowledgeable, always gave us plenty of time to discuss our thoughts and was happy to answer our many questions.
She’s also got a brilliant sense of humour and that helped make the experience a fun one too!
She has always been in touch as promised and the handover of our new car went as smoothly as we’d hoped.

We had our Kia Soul serviced at Howards Weston Super Mare which required some follow up work due to a couple of warranty issues. The team were excellent. Very knowledgeable with what was required & made us feel most welcome. Pricing was competitive. Dan the after sales manager went the extra mile to ensure we were satisfied with the service we received. I would highly recommend this dealership and the people we have met there.

I have purchased a car through Lottie and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the start to finish she has been professional, honest and incredibly helpful. The car came exactly as described, clean, well maintained, in great condition, new MOT and serviced.
What stood out the most was Lottie’s friendliness and professionalism. She has been nothing but amazing!
