I had Sam at Howard's Yeovil who helped me choose a new car. I would say that he definitely went about and beyond. During the process he found one car but a car was sold and he .managed to find another car within my price range. The specification of the cR was more than I was expecting and wasn't disappointed. Sam kept me up to date all the way through and also helped inform me and then product available and had no pressure for not taking the product.

Sam was very knowledgeable and helpful. He talked me through all available options made excellent recommendations. He went above and beyond to ensure all aspects of the car purchase were completed thoroughly and I was informed of everything I needed to be.

Work car in for a service. Was happy to do it while I waited. 2 hours for a 90k service, new wiper blades and also highlighted a recall which was causing a warning light. Booked back in for 2 weeks time to have the warranty work completed. Chloe (if I remember correctly) was excellent throughout. Happily does me to a desk where I could work while I waited. Checked up on me to make sure I didn't need anything and thorough with explanations and paper work. Fortunately my next car is a Hyundai too so look forward to coming back.

In my opinion Howard's Hyundai Yeovil is by far the best car dealership in the area, their staff in all aspects were wonderful, Knowledgeable. And extremely professional, Highly, Highly recommend
