A very positive experience from start to finish. Welcoming and helpful staff in person and by phone. Most of my contact was with Jamie, who I found to be both patient and understanding. He explained things clearly and helped me to complete the paperwork properly.

I really liked the way all details were explained to me regarding vehicle purchase and the test drive was excellent. I was shown everything clearly and in plain language and was extremely happy with my overall experience. Both Damon and Charlie are excellent ambassadors for Hyundai and I would have no hesitation in recommending both if you are thinking of buying a car at Howard’s in Weston Super Mare.

I visited Hyundai Howard in Weston-super-Mare on Friday for my MOT and picked my car up today. The whole experience was excellent.
There was an unexpected issue with my headlights, but Jamie handled it brilliantly. Even though the dealership wasn’t open over the weekend, he arranged a courtesy car for me so I wasn’t left stuck while waiting for the parts to arrive.
The parts came in on Monday and the work was completed on Tuesday, and throughout the process the communication and service were spot on. Everything was explained clearly and I felt well looked after.
Really impressed with the customer service – especially Jamie. Highly recommend Hyundai Howard Weston-super-Mare ðŸ‘

Saw Damon today at Howards Hyundai Weston Super Mare, he couldn’t have been more helpful. Let me take a test drive back to my home over 10 miles away, so I could show my wife, the car, explained everything about Motability. We both loved the Tucson. Amazing customer care.

Spoke to Charlie about purchasing a Kona, he was more than happy to help with exactly I wanted. I went out on a test drive as well to see if I liked the car which I did. Very knowledgeable about the car I was looking to buy, not pushy, very friendly and easy to talk to. Would highly recommend.

I had an issue with an approved used I recently bought from the dealership. After problems with the warranty company being their usual selves. I was put in contact with one of the managers at the branch (Damon) who contact me within a few hours with a completely stress free plan to get the car in and fixed (I live 200 miles away).
I've picked the car back up and it's good as new. Really pleased with the outcome. Completely stress free.

My car went in for an MOT and Service today and the staff were excellent. From dropping the car off and picking it up again, they always kept me up to date and explained what potentially needs to be done in the future.

This is for the service team. Very happy with the service I received today on my i30 which went in for a full service today. Very honest, and friendly. I am also happy to see now that when looking at pricing parts I now get the option of genuine Hyundai or pattern parts, I really wasn't expecting that. Big thanks to Morgan who really is an asset to the company.
Added bonus a full wash and interior clean when the work was done.

I had a slight issue with my key when I bought my car second hand (the blade wouldn't retract), but I got given a spare shell to fix it. After about 10 minutes here, and completely free of charge, my key has been fixed and I left with a big smile on my face. Amazing customer service!

Louie was very knowledgeable and gave some great advice when we were looking at cars. He gave us space and time to discuss our options answering any questions we had. One of my best car buying experiences in a long time. Charlie and Damon were both sooo helpful. They answered all my questions with patience . Nothing was too much trouble. They were soo good I ended up buying a new car instead of just enquiring about a new car!!!! Everything was clearly explained. Nice tea and cookies too. Thanks Guys. Great examples of good Salesmen. I shall definitely recommend Howards in future.
