We were helped by Nick Watts and Elliot Rossiter in the sales department. Both were so helpful sorting all the paperwork and guiding me and my daughter step by step. Extremely happy with the service, would highly recommend.

Despite the pouring rain we had an excellent visit to Howards to test drive a Hyundai Ionic 5. Sam Spilsbury, the sales rep, was highly professional and very well informed about the car and its operations, and consequently the test drive went very well (as did subsequent negotiations).

They are most efficient and helpful. We recently had to contact them for help as we could not get into the car. We used the Hyundai assist and the garage was most helpful and fitted us in around their booked jobs. Just had our yearly service and booked for 8am and it was completed within 2 hrs. We very recently popped into Howards to ask a few questions about the Motability Scheme. The lady in reception was so friendly and welcoming. She invited us in with our dog and directed us to sit down. This where we met Sam. Sam was really helpful and full of all the info we needed in order to get our son a car through the scheme. He answered all our questions and communication between us on email was very efficient and fast even after taking the car home. This is truly an amazing dealership. The team are friendly, knowledgeable, professional and always happy to help you. You know that when your car is there for any work needed they are completely thorough in all work carried out. I am disabled and their motability specialist is brilliant without any patronising. It is rare in this day for a company to be so caring and considerate to all it's customers.

I can not recommend Elliot highly enough. He sold me a Hyundai Inster, and was professional, efficient and quick to communicate. Plus he really knows his stuff. Everyone I dealt with at the Hyundai dealership in Dorchester was delightful. I could not say the same for all the automated messages I got, particularly via email. Very irritating as they would often ask for things that I’d already provided. The phone connection is also annoying as you cannot call anyone directly. And as for the appointment system, it’s ridiculous that you can only make appointments on the hour. Hyundai should be fitting in with customers and not the other way around. But the people are brilliant. And I’m very happy with my car. The photo is of the one I test drove – great fun.

I have had very good service from this dealer over a number of years, including very professional service. Service and wait took 2hr 30mins. Comfortable seating with very nice coffee to add. The service was excellent and also cleaned the car. Always go the extra mile.
