JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a strong, self-motivated, process driven individual ideally with previous experience in automotive aftersales. This role involves ensuring accurate submissions of warranty and goodwill claims to the manufacturer therefore you will need to be highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
You will support the Aftersales Departments by ensuring efficient administration of manufacturers’ warranty across various Franchises. This is interesting work, liaising with staff across the business and Manufacturers on behalf of the Howards Group.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to prioritise, co-ordinate and work on their own initiative whilst on occasions being under pressure. Although based in Yeovil this role does include a requirement to travel to our Dorchester Dealership on a regular basis and from time to time to our other sites in the South West.
This is a great opportunity for you to become a key member of our Centralised Warranty Team.
