    Your role as a Sales Administrator -

    Working as part of a strong Sales Administration Team who work across all Franchises in Weston super Mare - you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient administration of all vehicles, this includes;

    • Preparation of all relevant documentation for an efficient customer handover.
    • To ensure the prompt and accurate flow of paperwork and other administration documents for the processing of customer files and invoicing.
    • To ensure the accurate ordering and progressing of new and used stock in order to produce accurate records for delivery and stock control.

    This is a challenging position, your responsibility is to support and underpin the Sales Team by ensuring all documentation is completed for their vehicle handovers. 

    What are We looking for?

    • A full driving licence
    • Knowledge of IT and use of software packages including MS office and Drive.
    • Previous administrative experience
    • A proven ability to operate to deadlines and deal with conflicting priorities in an effective manner
    • Good standard of education
    • Accuracy and attention to detail
    • Previous Motor Trade experience desirable, but not essential
