I recently purchased my DS 3 Crossback from Citroën and had a great experience from start to finish. The staff mainly Kian were friendly, professional and really helpful throughout the whole process. Kian took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable with my decision without any pressure. The car itself is fantastic and exactly what I was looking for. The whole purchase process was easy on my end and efficient. I felt well looked after as a customer. The communication and help was extraordinary and Kian answered any questions or queries I had. Overall, I had a very positive experience and felt genuinely valued as a customer. I would highly recommend Citroen to anyone considering a new car.

I've had a great experience upgrading my current car from Howards. I've had citroens from them for years and have always been happy with the cars. Lorenzo worked hard to get the payments to a point I was happy with. Doing the documents online was quick and easy and made the handover smooth.

Recently bought our new Citroen C3 . Kian dealt with the process which was seamless and we had our new car within three weeks of first visiting the showroom. I can't recommend Kian any higher. We are very pleased and love the car. For price and service Howards have been great.

Georgina has just been fantastic from start to finish. I have now purchased 3 vehicles from Howard's and all have been through Georgina from start to finish customer service and communication have been brilliant with every step explained thoroughly. From start to finish the experience with everyone, especially Lorenzo, has been excellent. Every question has been answered fully and the walk around videos have been very informative. The whole process has been straight forward and simple.

When i arrived I was met by Adam, he was very helpful and polite. The other staff were equally helpful and offered me a coffee while I waited for Adam to pick out cars based on my requests he showed me around the 2 that I was interested in. After I had chosen he allowed me to test drive the car before making the final choice. he was very helpful with the Financial part and answered all questions I had. The car was ready in a week and it has been a fantastic drive ever since . I recommend anyone who is looking for a vehicle to come and check this location before buying elsewhere.
