Peugeot wanted to draw inspiration from this, they used influences from the crossover to create a vehicle that is designed beautifully but functions well and has a high quality driving experience. Both engineer and designer have worked collaboratively to create this sophisticated urban mini-crossover.

The driving position is higher, it has pronounced wheel arches, black bumpers and body sills and front and rear protection. What’s more, the 2008 has a wide tailgate and a large boot with a low loading sill. The fascia of the car has the Peugeot stamp; the floating grille face (on trend among the current Peugeot models), headlamps with a feline glare and LED daytime running lamps.

The athletic quality of the car and panoramic glass roof give a spacious, open feel to the interior. The new Peugeot driver’s seat concept, i-Cockpit, gives the driver a commanding stance to view the road just like a pilot.

The steering wheel is compact and the dials are placed above the head so you don’t need to take your eyes off the road to read information. The touchscreen entertainment centre offers the driver a relaxed and luxurious feel to this urban car, which has been commended by the public, press and customers. More comfort is added by the comfortable leather seats, making you feel safe and relaxed when in the car.

The cool LED running lights on the Cielo roof add a sophisticated are and a sense of space when you’re inside the car. The car Is rounded off by the 1.6 litre gasoline engine that delivers 120 horsepower and low emissions.
