    Hyundai Santa Fe Awarded The Best Large SUV… Again!

    Following on from its successful introduction in 2012, the flagship Santa Fe continues to collect leading industry awards, with the 2.2 litre CRDi Premium model being voted Best Large SUV by Auto Express. 

Following on from its successful introduction in 2012, the flagship Santa Fe continues to collect leading industry awards, with the 2.2 litre CRDi Premium model being voted Best Large SUV by Auto Express.

Beating other leading marques, including the Land Rover Discovery and the Range Rover Sport, the Santa Fe has triumphed for the second year running, emphasising how it continues to resonate with industry experts and drivers alike.

Spacious and comfortable, the Santa Fe boasts class-leading efficiency that delivers a premium performance and features customers look for in a large SUV in a more affordable package. A bold appearance, soft lines meet dramatic edges with both being drawn to the characteristic front grille. Built to last, the durable model is an ideal way to transport the family, with both 5 or 7 seats available. The 5 seater comes with a luggage capacity of 585 litres, extended to 1680 with the 3-split seats folded to leave a completely flat load bay. Impressive storage isn’t confined to the Santa Fe’s rear, with ample also provided in the front compartments. 

The driver’s vision is maximised through an elevated driving position, clear rear windscreen and large wind mirrors, resulting in improved driver awareness that’s uninhibited by the spacious size. In line with the Santa Fe’s responsive performance is the in-drive entertainment, including Bluetooth connectivity, USB/AUX and iPod connections, streamlining the driver’s lifestyle with the Hyundai experience.

Never get lost again with the touch screen SAT NAV, doubling as a reversing camera viewpoint that when combined with the Flex-Steer handling, makes for excellent manoeuvrability at both low and high speeds. If you want to take the Santa Fe off road, all-wheel drive is available with hill descent control and full differential which locks the front and rear wheels together to improve traction when the going gets tough!
