As last year’s event was such a success, we are excited to be part of this wonderful day. This event last year saw a great turnout for locals and is a truly memorable experience with runners finishing out at sea. It’s a half marathon like no other! Hopefully the sun will sun again, making the experience for spectators as enjoyable to watch. The event also hosts an event village where there are refreshments and entertainment available for all.

 

We have 11 runners running the race this year, one of which being our very own Toyota Sales Manager Jacob Hollings! He has a heartfelt story in which he has been very close to the Weston Hospice, and will be raising money for them. Stay tuned for more information on Jacobs’ story.

 

Howards will also be volunteering to man a water station again, so we hope to see many of you there supporting all the fantastic runners who are taking part, and we may even see some of you running the Half!
