Achieving a Reputation score of 863 in the first year where the entire AM100 has been considered and also driving forward our already top ranking score from last year, is an outstanding accomplishment and speaks volumes about the commitment of our people and the quality of experience we deliver.
Our teams are central to everything we do, and their dedication to putting our customers first drives these results. Whether through the service we provide in our showrooms or the support we offer through our aftersales operations, ensuring that every customer receives an exceptional experience is embedded in our culture.
The discipline of maintaining a consistent and exceptional level of experience across all our businesses certainly does not come easy, especially when we are moving through a period of growth and we have new sites to quickly get to standard, however we make it happen and I have our exceptional teams to thank for this.
