Starting in 1972, Howards have since evolved from a family-owned garage into a multi-site group retailer across Weston-super-Mare, Taunton, Yeovil and Dorchester. Throughout this process, they have prided themselves on their ability to put customer experience first, fully staffed with a dedicated team of enthusiastic specialists ready, willing and able to help current and prospective customers with any query! They are renowned for taking an invested interest in the entire process and experience that each and every customer goes through.
In their most recent step towards maintaining their top quality user experience, Howards have appointed a specialist agency, called The Whole Caboodle (TWC), to create and build a brand new website. With aligned objectives and passions both Howards and TWC have worked successfully (and tirelessly) to achieve their goals. Peter Haynes, Managing Director of the Howards Group has stated: “we are hugely excited about the launch of our new website. Our clear objectives in developing this new site were to give users an experience that would be exciting, entertaining, engaging and informative – and I believe we have delivered this in spades.
The site itself showcases the leading brands the Howards Group stocks which include Nissan, Toyota, Honda, Kia, Hyundai, Citroen and Peugeot as well as the premium vehicles of Lotus. By implementing elements such as information rich content, videos and interactive 360-degree visuals, Howards and TWC have worked together to produce a modern and dynamic site of a quality that has not yet been seen before in the automotive industry.
