Back in mid-September David Poole, a loyal Citroen customer, was travelling back to London from Branscombe Devon when the temperature warning light began to flash on his 3 year old Citroen C4, purchased only 3 months earlier. After pulling over and searching for his nearest garage David located Howards Citroen in Taunton. Although dealing with a busy schedule, our Service Manager Steve noticed that David had a young family and fit them in, resulting in one of “the most amazing retail experiences” the customer had ever encountered and subsequently posted a fantastic review on the Citroen UK Facebook page. Genuine, warm and helpful were just some of the great terms used to describe the team at Taunton.
Steve said “After having a quick look at David’s C4 we realised we couldn’t let him leave our garage with the risk of him breaking down and becoming stranded, especially with a young Baby. Receiving the award is fantastic for both our Citroen retailer and the Group on a whole”.
