Exterior Design

The Nissan Qashqai has gone through a dramatic upgrade. It’s increased in size, equalling more internal legroom. This doesn’t mean the exterior size proportions hinder any City driving. The Nissan Qashqai still maintains that nimble driving ability around tight corners. The front grille is now showing off Nissan’s V-Motion grille. An angular C-shaped LED headlights to mold either side of the grille and draw your eye to the angular vented cut-out of the bumper. All in all, the Nissan Qashqai offers a muscular body shape with wider-looking arches.

Round to the rear of the car and you’ll notice the C-shaped angular rear light that molds around the rear quarter panels and into the boot lid. This is a seamless transition as you move to a centrally mounted Nissan badge. A high-mounted boot offers ease of loading when your hands are full.

Interior Styling

As soon as you open a door to the Nissan Qashqai you’re hit with the luxury of ergonomically designed seats. A crafted feel at every touchpoint, standard on Tekna+ massaging front seats and immersive BoseTM audio1. You may never want to leave.

You’ll be staring at the customisable digital display, with the advanced connectivity that the Nissan Qashqai offers. A 12.3inch TFT multi-information screen allows you to select a choice of layouts allowing you to see exactly what you need. This stylish background design is inspired by Japanese Kiriko glass.

Intelligent Mobility Technology

Nissan Intelligent Mobility technology is in place to protect and assist you through everyday driving. Intelligent emergency braking sees objects you haven’t seen and applies the breaks. Intelligent forward collision warning keeps watch on not just the vehicle in front of you but also the vehicle in front of the next car. This is so it can detect early on a decrease in speed so the system can alert you to slow down. Intelligent lane intervention helps you stay in your lane if you’ve strayed outside of the white lines. Rear braking with pedestrian detection allows you to reverse with confidence. This system alerts you when you can’t see what in your way and applies the breaks. Intelligent airbags can be deployed in certain types of accidents. The central airbag location is designed to protect the driver and passenger from colliding.
Stay connected with Amazon Alexa and Google Assist allowing voice commands to flash your lights, check if your doors are locked. You won’t lose battery power while using these connected features with the wireless charging pas that Nissan has added. There is also in-car WiFi allowing all the family to stay connected on the journey.

Mild Hybrid Power

The Nissan Qashqai has become a hybrid SUV. The 1.3litre petrol mild-hybrid powertrain is attached to a lithium-ion battery. This allows energy that’s captured under braking to be stored and used to reduce emissions. The mild-hybrid powertrain is available with both 6-speed manual and automatic transmissions.

Nissan Qashqai Premier Edition Grade

Go that step further with Nissan’s Premier Edition Qashqai. The SUVs design is enhanced with a glass roof and roof rails. It doesn’t stop there, add a two-toned roof offering that elegant look allowing the eye to be tricked into seeing a floating roof.
