    First impressions are essential and as first point of contact, our Product Specialists are responsible for ensuring that customers and visitors experience the best of Howards from the outset. Key duties include greeting visitors, directing customer queries, and ensuring the showroom is an inviting space for customers. Product Specialists need to be confident communicators with good customer services skills and have an eye for detail.

    • You will be the first point of contact for customers, and therefore will enhance the customer experience by sharing your knowledge of the brand and products with potential owners, supporting the buying process by completing product presentations.
    • You will deal with all customers in a professional, prompt and courteous manner portraying a positive impression of the sales department.


    Howards are looking for a proactive and friendly individual to help us impress customers and visitors to our Kia Dealership with a warm greeting, positive attitude, and welcoming environment.

    Key Person Requirements

    • Strong Communication Skills both written and verbal
    • Confident and approachable, able to build rapport with customers and colleagues to meet customer needs.
    • Customer focused. Some previous experience within customer service role is highly desirable however applicants must be able to demonstrate a proactive attitude to helping others.
    • Flexible team player. Able to undertake new tasks and use initiative to support the team during busy periods.
    • Organised and able to prioritise customer queries and identify critical customer issues.
    • Computer literate - able to use Microsoft word and outlook - Knowledge of CDK Drive is advantageous.
    • Good personal presentation and eye for detail.
    • Hold a Full and Valid Driving Licence
