    JOB DESCRIPTION

    You will be responsible for supervising Parts in multiple locations across our Weston super Dealerships.  Liaising between our modern parts supply facilities and our retail customer areas, along with the Workshop, and ensuring that the customer always comes first.  You will work across a minimum of 2 locations in both the parts and aftersales arena – providing excellent customer service and ensure that the aftersales customer relationship journey is exceptional; you will represent the Company with multiple manufacturers.    Previous motor trade experience essential.  

    You will be able to demonstrate an energetic, positive and helpful personality, be computer literate and be able to work well under pressure.  The ability to prioritise, co-ordinate and work on your own initiative is necessary plus proven leadership skills.  Previous relevant Customer facing experience is necessary.

    Key Duties include -

    • To provide a courteous and efficient reception and aftersales service and maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction and retention for both retail and external customers.     
    • To sell the workshop time, products and services, using sound methods, in order to meet objectives.
    • To provide a profitable and efficient supply of parts and accessories to internal and external customers, offering maximum customer satisfaction.
    • To be part of the conduit between Howards and our manufacturer partners with multiple franchises and ensure that key performance indicators are achieved.
    • To ensure customer expectations and requirements are identified and successfully managed throughout the service process and follow up.
    • To continuously seek to improve customer service feedback by identifying service improvement opportunities within the Aftersales Department and share any customer feedback with the Management Team to consistently improve our service levels to our customers.   

    You must be able to prioritise, co-ordinate and work on your own initiative, whilst supervising other members of the Parts and Aftersales Team, often in a pressured environment.

    Essential Skills/Qualifications

    • Knowledge of IT and use of software packages
    • At least 3 GCSE's at grade c or above or equivalent experience
    • Customer Service Experience
    • Parts Experience
    • Previous Motor Trade Experience
    • Hold a Full and Valid Driving Licence
