    We represent 9 automotive brands across the South West. Going from strength to strength we are always on the lookout for amazing talent and as such we are recruiting for a fixed term 6 month position for a Marketing Assistant to join our Marketing team based out of our Yeovil office.

    Main Purpose of the Job:

    To work with our team to ensure appropriate marketing plans/actions are developed and executed which ensure:

    1. That timely and relevant communication is made with our database and prospect customers such that all brand business objectives are met across all departments.
    2. All manufacturer requirements are met in terms of compliance and required marketing actions around model launches and brand campaigns.

    Detailed Responsibilities:

    • To assist in the delivery of quarterly and annual marketing plans for each Centre in consultation with the relevant staff.
    • To work with the Marketing Team to identify initiatives/marketing messages which best utilises quarterly Manufacturer support.  To execute the timely production of these messages.
    • Liaise with external associates to enable the execution of marketing requirements such as but not limited to website maintenance , email and SMS delivery.
    • Assist line managers to identify suitable locations for offsite product placement and local marketing with a view to maximising conquest sales opportunities.
    • Liaise with the senior marketing and data executive to assist in the day to day tasks required by the relevant manufacturers and any internal directions.
    • Plan and organise events in line with operational requirements utilising Centre staff as necessary.

     

    Essential Skills/Qualifications

    • Knowledge of IT and use of software packages
    • At least 3 GCSE's at grade c or above or equivalent experience
    • Hold a full and valid driving licence
    • Knowledge of social media platforms
