Your role is to enhance the customer experience digitally by sharing your knowledge of available stock while promoting the benefits of buying from Howards and the Franchise Brand and converting the customer into the buying process. Working in Weston super Mare or Taunton - you will work effectively with the rest of the retailer Team, bringing skills and knowledge that will inspire customers, build commitment and loyalty and ultimately increase sales.

Your Role as a Digital Specialist:
- Provide a prompt and professional point of contact for customers that enquire into the business digitally from all sources, emulating the same experience they would receive if they were to visit a Dealership.
- Create Vehicle Videos using the agreed format/process which showcase features and benefits and give an accurate view to be used on third party platforms and the Howards website.
- Review and respond to incoming leads from multiple sites within the Group using the approved content to engage customers into further conversations, facilitate questions and supply all relevant vehicle information to ensure the customer can make an informed decision and proceed to the reservation option or convert to appointment/purchase the car for delivery.
- Manage the digital forecourt via the portal to replicate the physical forecourt and
- generating 'review requests' to customers via the retailer portal system within 48 hours of handover which will appear on Autotrader and Google Places.
- Pro-actively generate leads and manage customers in the sales cycle.
What Are We Looking For?
- A full and valid driving licence.
- Ability to work weekends on a regular basis.
- Digital experience - Confidence with using social media and video presentations.
- Customer focused - Some previous experience within customer service and/or sales is desirable, however this is not essential.
- Computer literate - Able to use office 365 package, including word and outlook.
- Hold a Full and Valid Driving Licence.
- Educated to GCSE (or equivalent) grade A*-C or 9-4 in Maths and English.
