JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a strong individual with exceptional communication and customer care skills to manage and take ownership of the aftersales customer relationship journey and develop long term customer relationships via telephone. You will need to be a real ‘people person’ and ideally will currently be working in the retail sector and have an excellent telephone manner. Previous experience of working in the automotive sector is not essential.
Key Duties include -
- To be the key touch point for customer interactions in a vibrant and compelling way. You will need to have a good telephone manner and be able to overcome objections with the help of the onsite support team. As a fast paced highly customer centric business this role will be to help facilitate exceptional customer experience at every telephone interaction. Working as part of a larger relationship team means that this will provide a fabulous working environment where fresh ideas and intuition are welcomed.
- You will be a main conduit between customers booking and arriving at the aftersales facilities, providing a high level of expertise in aftersales customer retention, using the tools provided by the business, to ensure the customer only wants a Howards experience for their next visit.
The successful candidate in this role will be someone looking to grow with a business and that can demonstrate energy and enthusiasm in the workplace. The world of motor retailing is changing at pace so someone that can think on their feet is essential.
Essential Skills/Qualifications
- Knowledge of IT and use of software packages
- At least 3 GCSE's at grade c or above or equivalent experience
- Customer Service Experience
- Hold a full and valid driving licence
