Howards Citroen Weston-super-Mare require an enthusiastic individual with strong communication and customer care skills to work as a Service Administrator in their busy Service Department. You will be able to demonstrate a lively and helpful personality.
This position involves greeting customers to the Dealership, taking incoming calls and contacting members of the public, therefore a good telephone manner is essential. The ability to prioritise, co-ordinate and work on your own initiative is important. Motor trade experience would be an advantage but is not essential.

Vehicle Sales Administrator
We require an experienced full time Sales Administrator to work as part of our busy Sales Team at Howards Garages in Weston-super-Mare. This is a challenging position. You need to be a team player, organised and be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role working within the motor trade, be computer literate and have good communication skills. Knowledge of Kerridge Dealer Management System an advantage. A driving licence is essential.

We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and experienced Motor Trade Service Advisor or Senior Service Advisor, who has a customer focused out going personality and who loves dealing with the public, the successful candidate will need to be IT literate, take a pride in their appearance, and have good communication and organisational skills as well as been able to work well under pressure.
The Senior Service Advisor reporting directly to the Service Manager will be responsible for ensuring that daily operational targets and tasks are achieved.
The successful candidate would also cover the Service Manager in any absence and ensuring that your team deliver a first class customer experience.
