Peugeot has awarded local dealership Howards in Taunton its Gold Lion accolade in recognition of its performance in 2010 being to the very highest standards and one of the very best Peugeot Dealers in the UK.

In a year that brought a series of successful key products that included the 3008 Crossover, the 5008 Compact MPV and the RCZ Sports Coupé Howards has achieved excellent levels of sales and service performance, highest customer satisfaction feedback, brand presentation through the latest showroom specification and product availability.

Peugeot celebrated its 200th anniversary in 2010 and places great importance on the excellence of its dealer network. The Guild of Gold Lion Dealers recognises the top 35 dealerships in the UK through a number of stringent criteria that include measures that rate customer satisfaction, parts supply, levels of sales and service, and the profitability of the network to determine success.

Winners were presented with their awards during the company's 2010 Business Meeting so their exceptional performance was recognised by the entire 250 strong Peugeot network.
